Feline Groovy! Cat Massage Class March 26th
(Vero Beach, Florida) – The Humane Society of Vero Beach and Indian River
County (HSVB & IRC) will be offering a cat massage class on Saturday, March
26th from 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. at the shelter's Adoption and Education
Building located at 6230 77th St., Vero Beach.
The class will be conducted by local cat expert and shelter volunteer Laurie
Iodice. Iodice will demonstrate various massage techniques to help increase
your favorite feline's comfort and reduce stress. Massage can also help
older cats by improving circulation and flexibility. "The beauty of cat
massage is the ease of learning a few simple techniques and applying them to
your favorite feline. Then you can sit back and watch the transformation
begin," Iodice explains.
Attendees will receive a workbook and will be able to practice various
massage techniques on stuffed animals provided.
The cost for the class is $10 with all proceeds benefiting Indian River
County animals. Registration and payment must be received by Friday, March
